Here we see one of Upper St. Andrew's residents who has come to Hellshire to "NYAM" (devour) some of the fish at Hellshire... Note that he's fully dressed. Undoubtedly he has already quaffed lots of fish and festival and drunk heavily of the best J. Wray and Nephew has to offer, and is sleeping it off.
