Here is a couple of rastafarians cooling out. The one in the white is actually a vendor on the beach, albeit one of the more inobtrusive ones. He and a couple of his "bredrin" are having a bit of a lime, (hanging out, kicking it). If you look carefully, you can see the spliff (joint) in his hand. Ganja is supposedly illegal but so many people smoke it openly that the police tend to look the other way. They couldn't build enough prisons to house all the smokers, I guess...
