You will find that there are two sections of beach at Hellshire. The pictures prior to this were largely of the more populated stretch of beach... That is the area with the horseback rides and with all sorts of people hawking and peddling wares. This shot was taken of the other section. This strip of the beach is just around the corner from the "profiler section" (where Upper St. Andrew residents go to profile). In this section, there are less vendors, people and traffic in general. Some say you can bathe nude here, as no one cares... This picture was taken on a different day from the rest of the pictures. Notice that it was much more windy.
